The Methodists? The Jehovahs Witnesses? The Messianic Jews? The Baptists? The Non-denominationals? The Evangelicals? The spek-in-tongues, faith healing holy rollers?

They even have different Bibles, so much for limiting to scripture based theology. Go study Christian origins, it is full of murder and persecution of minorities, even within the same faith. What part of this historical reality are you just not getting Dawn?

Unfortunately, the Early Church Fathers, and the recognized saints of the religion, and the Orthodox Leadership were the ones historically sanctioning the murders.

So it isnt an individual acting contrary to the religion, but the very cornerstone of the religious majority itself sanctioning and acting out extermination, racism, colonialism and murder.

You say only by the Bible. Yet, it was Councils, and Synods, and many Protestant gatherings which debated acceptable interpretations for these verses. So who in the world can say what is valid belief?

All we have to go by are the actions. Actions as always speak louder than words. Would you like to visit the graves of victims of Christian extermination campaigns? They are real. More real than false words.

Jesus was killed. It is a sad historical fact. But Jesus is not God, and Jesus did not die to save everyone in the whole world from believing other religions which at least have understanding that God is not a human being, nor worship human beings as the God. As I see it, Jesus worship is idolatry! Perhaps the cause of all the other historical errors.

Dawn, how come in your Bible the genealogy of Jesus is contradictory? Even they cant decide who is Joseph own father? Oh and of course, if Joseph is not the father of Jesus, why is there even a ridiculous racial geneology in the Bible? To convince us that Joseph has contradictory geneology and Jesus is God so who cares for geneology? Christian religion is ridiculous. (Mat 1, Luke 3:23)
