A movie by Sonali Bose , with Konkana Sen the main actress , Brinda Karat (Communist Party Politician) in a crucial role. All agony which the sikhs suffered during the 84 riots has been shown in it. The reviewers have rated it the best movie ever of Konkana Sen , a heart touching scene of hair of a person being cut by his co-passengers in Train , to prevent him from angered mob. The movie seems to offer everything which a good movie should. Then why such a silence over this film in the public and in the media , there is still on going hue & cry over the films related with Gujarat Riots , then why a repulsion is being shown regarding this movie. It has been released world wide & nobody even knows regarding this movie here .Ask about Amu and the eyebrows will go up , the saddest part is that even the members of Sufferer community doesn`t know about it , E KEDI MOVIE HAI , is the ususal answer which I get.Even Bollywood has not taken keen interest in this movie , WHY? There is no Promotion at all.
I like to appeal from Punjabonline that please help me in getting a CD or a print of this movie. I am from Rajasthan. Even if it`s available in parts of Delhi & punjab u can inform me. Please I don`t want to miss this movie.

FInally ,I would like to ask that is our soul dead with the passage of time , is Manmohan Singh enough to replace the sufferings of 1984. then why such repulsion not only from others but from Punjabis too.
