It`s a competition`s responsibility and duty to post the bios of the judges WELL in advance of the competition and offer teams the chance to meet with the judges after the show is over to get feedback. It`s the least that organizers can do for the amount of effort teams put in to preparing for a competition and the resources spent in getting a team there.
