i would say as of right now the east won this year because sgpd aand etc won more bhangra comps... but the west has better talent such as dunyia (vibc) 3d(miami) drp(boston)... also they got better talent to come such as abc, panj, bmw, and heeray....just my opionon

Btw sher, kj, and lbc there alwasys gotta be considered top teams seeiing what they done...
