Does cutting hair means an end to sikhi?
An age old topic, guys ... but still i am interested to hear some genuine comments and feelings from all those who wish to contribute. Frankly my cutting of hair was a matter of personal convenience although my family & some friends believe I sacrificed my sikhi the day I did the `deed`. Apart from appearance I haven`t changed a bit then why this mindless haggling and `dekhava` of the fact that a turban and beard (even super-trimmed like Malkit or Daler) represents a sikh. As such, would a full bearded but stoned (perhaps on some pot or sulfa) Nihang Singh represent a `true` sikh in his first appearance. I am not looking for solutions, just your viewpoints.
