The religion is a beautiful peaceful religion....

It is a religion that to my understanding promotes understanding and acceptance rather than hate and violence...

However, there is a complete difference between the religion and those who follow the religion

I believe there is good and bad in each religion, but when does a few bad apples become the majority?

It is stated in Vedism that the in the age of Kali Yug, extremism will exist....

We look in the world, and we see fighting that muslims are involved with... from the United States, to Africa (be is Somlia, Sudan, Kenya), Iran, Iraq, Afganistan, Kashmir, the Phillipines, and the "Terrorism as we know it"

I believe the `religous` acts that these people are committing are WRONG, and are totally AGAINST ISLAM.....

However, because of the wars between the testament religions- Islam, Christanity and Judaism, it has become a war of defense rather than understanding....

Now you have Muslims who are peaceful and understanding turning into supporters of blood and hate. Supporters of death, of KILLING AS MANY NON-BELIEVERS AS YOU CAN IN THE NAME OF ALLAH....

This is wrong. One of my good friends is Muslims and he says "these people are wrong and not true muslims. We have no rewards for the death of the innocent. We do not encourage the acts of 9/11, we do not encourage the bombings and the deaths all around the world"

Unforunately, he is a miniority..... Peaceful religion, but the people who follow the religion is a different story........

As my friend Rupinder put in on this website.... If us vedics (hinuds, buddhists, sikhs and jains) dont stick together, then we will turn from spectators of these wars to victims of these wars...

You will never see Hindus or Sikhs or Jains or Buddhists in a full out war because we dont believe death is justified in any way. Be it an animal, a person or an ant, death by human means is a crime against the atma.....We might have our problems once in a while, but the history of vedic religions is MARKED ONLY BY PEACE LOVE, AND INTER FAITH....

In fact, it is WORLD RELIGOUS SCHOLARS OPINIONS THAT THIS IS THE DIVIDE AS RELIGION

THE ABRAHMIC RELIGIONS (ISLAM, CHRISTIANITY, AND JUDAISM) ARE CONSTANTLY AT WAR WITH ONE ANOTHER SINCE CONCEPTION

WHEREAS

VEDIC RELIGIONS (HINDUISM, BUDDHISM, SIKHISM AND JAINSISM) HAVE ALMOST A CLEAN RECORD OF INTER-FAITH DISCIPLINES, AND HAVE A RECORD OF PEACE... THIS IS WHY THE RELIGIONS ARE SO INTER-RELATEABLE, AND AS ONE RELIGION IN VEDISM ADVANCES THE OTHERS WILL DO THE SAME...

 

In conclusion, in comparison to our religions it is more violent. However, it is not the religion itself, more it is the people who have misconstrued the teachings of the Koran
