That`s good to here. You should not let other people try and steal your thunder and belittle you. And truly, if you really love your boyfriend and your boyfriend really loves you, then I would not worry about a thing. And as long as you are a good girl. Like I said though, all parents in India are different, but you need to remember that they are not like white parents. They are more loving and caring to their children. And if your boyfriend`s parents do accept you (and I am sure they will), they are going to love you more than they love their own kids. The Indian culture is really nice like that. Just pray for everything to work out they way that you want.
