Dude you still don`t get it.
God is omnipotent by definition. Look that word up now if you don`t know what it means. This means, that without any effort, God could immediately stop the suffering of those children if he wanted to. Therefore, if you believe in God, the reason unarguably is that God wishes for those children to slowly starve to death and live a meaningless life.
