Hi I hope I have reached the best site on net @ punbaji culture.I so want to know more about saini caste in punjab some say it is one of the backward caste and I have to provide answers to my elders, I have been searching a lot on net but unable to find answer Are all Saini from punjabi SC OR Backward. Why am i curious Well I have no interest in caste though but my elders do take interest. I want to get married to this boy who is saini from punjab and my parents are so rigid to say No because of caste. Help me get the right answer so i can satisfy there queries. I am in a lot tension because of this.We are oberoi from pakistan settled in India after partition in Ludhiana.I would so cherish your early replies Thanks a lot
