Thanks for all your comments on the subject and its good to know that we are getting serious about issues facing Punjab. Now comes the Shaheed`s issue, we have some distance to travel towards each other.

What do you think if name of India is changed to Khalistan? too bad! you might think, I might as well today. Don`t get strangled by words, explore the possibilities and that is what Canada, America and Australia taught the Europeans and they do the things by studying and discussing them. Story of evolution given by Charles Darwin is not believed by majority of religions on this earth( namely the Christians, Muslims, Jews). If it were an issue similar to this in India party in power would shut the one that does not let the party in power gain. Opposition ofcourse would come to streets and aggitate, this is where we need the shaheeds who can tell the people that what they are supposed to do is discuss the merits and solve the issue, loosing party tries to live with it without creating any further problems. In the meanwhile work calmly to spread knowledge about what they know, later that idea might be more suitable.

Matter is about equality not similarity see Guru Nanak preached equality in those days and the same issues unfortunately Haunt the sikhs today. We are unable to clearly see what we contribute to our society.

Amrinder you said that I`m hiding that is not true, I was in Punjab from 1980 onwards and please do agree with me that ideas must be welcome from anywhere and everywhere because ideas are never silly but actions might be. I was not having the ideas I have now in Canada because of certain experiences here and after reading compartive history of different places. Do you know that India is part of British Commonwealth, yes it is, then has India really come out of British Imperialism, legally no. Why didn`t we do that maybe our Leaders made smart move because it was in interest of India. Now that does not imply that their decision was the best now the same instrument can be used to bring India under British control with right conditions prevailing.

Do I have to take your permission to settle in India? Sorry, no. You would not say no. There are some interest groups who donot want to see India maturing to an Independent and free country. Just see how closed India was in 80s and so many people died and it made small changes here and there eventually after 27 years you have NDTV, Aaj Tak and others to tell everything politicians in India do. There is Internet that gives you even bigger resource, no Government can stop real information going out to public.

Just to tell briefly about myself, I was born in Africa, have gone out to US, Southeast Asia, Middle East and Europe. Lived in India, still hold Indian Passport so I don`t have any bad designs for India and would lay my life even for my India. Don`t think that I`m a Sikh so I`m talking these things just try to look at me as a person with rather diferent ideas than you.
