What is the relationship between the religions in Punjab and Bhangra? Is Bhangra connected to a particular religion, or is it a cultural art form that is shared by different religious traditions?.....

Culture or religion? What do you think is more important? Our culture and religion are two different things, but I choose to follow religion more - since it makes more sense to me. Why is it that a lot of people choose culture over religion, when culture is the one with inequalities and biases? Sexism and casteism infect our culture, but our religion got rid of all that crap!

I would like to improve my Punjabi. Basically I can speak maybe a 100 words but find difficulty in forming sentences and have problems using gender words. I do not live in an asian community and therefore only have the chance to catch up on the monthly visits to family. Could you recommend books, videos that will enable me to improve on this?
I have been reading about torture on Sikhs and even I saw the torture being held on Sikhs! Because of this I started hating Hindus and Muslims too. I really don`t want to hate anyone because our Gurus and Gurbani doesn`t allow this! But it comes natural whenever I read about history or think about it. Please show me the path to control my hatred!
