I have a co-worker here in America who is from Punjab. When I found this out, I searched to find information about this area of India and found this site. I was wondering if it would be proper if I asked him what religion of the area he affiliates with...but do not know if this would be considered o.....
I know that all Sikhs should cover their heads, however I think that most Sikh women do not cover their heads outside of gurdwara. Is this right?
I am a Gursikh and now I have a beard and a moustache. I think they are a bit unappealing. I think a lot of girls do not like me with my beard. I am very frustrated with this fact and feel very confused. I am thinking of go ing as clean-shaven. Please advise me.
I am not sure, but is dating allowed in Sikhism? I do not mean having sex with the person, but just going out with the person.
