Good with Chai (tea).

Ingredients
2 cups cashews raw
2 cups almonds
2 cups peacams
2 tablespoons garam masala
1 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons melted butter
Preparation
1. Mix all the ingredients and spread in a roasting tray or a shallow pan.
2. Bake in a moderate oven for 15-20 minutes, shaking once or twice, to infuse the flavorings of spices.
3. When done, remove, cool and store in a n airtight container taking out a little at a time required.
