Also called Badamwala Doodth.

Ingredients
10-12 almonds
2 glasses milk
1 cardamom crushed
1 tablespoon sugar
2 drops rose-water
Preparation
1. Soak the almonds overnight.
2. Peel, grind and mix with the milke and sugar.
3. Boil until well blended.
4. Add cardamom and remove from the fire.
5. Serve hot or cold poured over ice with rose-water, as a cool milke shake.
