Editorial Review
Below is the official Punjab Online review.

Unity is a compilation of songs from various bhangra artists (Sardool Sikander, Hans Raj Hans, Ranjit Manni, etc). Some songs are in their original format, others are remixed with a hip-hop/garage beat, and some are dhol & snare-bass remixes. This variety makes this album very enjoyable. The first song, Sara London Shaher Nachaya, is bumpin`! The beats are kickin` and the melody is original. Its a song that can fire-up the dance floor and put a huge smile on your face. The second track, Doora Nana Wich, is a garage remix. The mix is pretty decent, but what makes the song hot is Ranjit Manni`s dynamic voice. The remixes work well with the songs, especially, Husna De Malko. This track, sung by Sardool Sikander, has got a phenomenal melody with some powerful dhol and some sick instrumentals. The music is very good. Like most remix albums, there are bound to be some "bad" remixes. Overboard and Billo Aaj Nachna are the failures on this album. The additional beats are a little too overpowering and take away from the natural beauty of the songs. In addition, the Makhna raggae-remix is quite annoying.

The producers of this album are Street Vybe DJ??s and DJ Desi. This is the first bhangra album they have put out and we hope to hear more from these guys. This album has got great variety; there are Canadian dhol remixes, UK dhol remixes, garage, and hip-hop. Very few Dhol-remixed albums can match the level of MusicWaves?? Dhol ??N Da Mix I -- But there is definitely some music remixing talent in this album. With the exception of about 3 or 4 tracks, Street Vybez and Desi have kept the bhangra "vybez" real. Overall, this is a quality album. Hopefully ALL 10 tracks will be hot on their next album!
