agamm agamm asankh lo-a.
by-igxq hn qyry mMfl-AphuMc Aqy AKoj[
Innumerable are Thine realms, inaccessible and inscrutable.

AsMK khih isir Bwru hoie ]
asankh kahahi sir bhaar ho-i.
aunHW nUµ igxq-rihq AwKxw BI mUMf (isr) auqy pwp dw boJ cukx dy qu`l hY[
Even to call them myriad amounts to carrying load of sin on the head.

AKrI nwmu AKrI swlwh ]
akhree naam akhree saalaah.
SbdW rwhIN qyrw nwm aucwirAW jWdw hY Aqy SbdW rwhIN hI qyrw js kIqw jWdw hY[
Through words Thy Name is uttered and through words Thou art praised.

AKrI igAwnu gIq gux gwh ]
akhree gi-aan geet gun gaah.
SbdW rwhIN qyrI igAwq Aqy qyrIAW auqikRsweIAW (vifAweIAW) dy gwaux gwey jWdy hn[
Through words the songs of Thy theology and Thine attributes are hymned.

AKrI ilKxu bolxu bwix ]
akhree likhan bolan baan.
A`KrW AMdr aucwrn kIqI hoeI bwxI ilKI jWdI hY[
In letters the uttered hymns are recorded.

AKrw isir sMjogu vKwix ]
akhraa sir sanjog vakhaan.
A`KrW nwl pRwnI dy m`Qy auqy ausdI iksmq ibAwn kIqI hoeI hY[
Destiny is described with letters on Mortal’s brow.

ijin eyih ilKy iqsu isir nwih ]
jin ayhi likhay tis sir naahi.
pRMqU vwihgurU ijsny ieh prwlb`Dw ilKIAW hn, ausdy sIs auqy ieh nhIN hY[
But He (God) who scribed these destinies has no scribes on his head (His head bears it not).

ijv Purmwey iqv iqv pwih ]
jiv furmaa-ay tiv tiv paahi.
ijs qrHW auh hukm krdw hY, ausy qrHW hI ienswn hwsl krdy hn[
As He ordains, so do men obtain.

jyqw kIqw qyqw nwau ]
jaytaa keetaa taytaa naa-o.
ijMnI v`fI hY qyrI rcnw, EfI v`fI hI hY qyrI kIrqI[
As great is thy creation, so great is Thine celebrity.

ivxu nwvY nwhI ko Qwau ]
vin naavai naahee ko thaa-o.
qYNfy nwm qoN ibnW koeI QW nhIN[
Without Thy Name, there is no place.

kudriq kvx khw vIcwru ]
kudrat kavan kahaa veechaar.
qYnUµ jW qyry ielm nUµ ibAwn krn dI myry iv`c ikhVI qwkq hY?
What power have I to describe Thine doctrines (Thee)?

vwirAw n jwvw eyk vwr ]
vaari-aa naa jaavaa ayk vaar.
mYN iek vwrI BI qyry auqoN kurbwn nhIN ho skdw?
I cannot even once be a sacrifice unto Thee.

jo quDu BwvY sweI BlI kwr ]
jo tuDh bhaavai saa-ee bhalee kaar.
jo kuC qYnUµ cMgw l`gdw hY, EhI cMgw kMm kwj hY[
Whatever pleases Thee; that is a good pursuit.

too sadaa salaamat nirankaar. ||19||
qUM sdIv hI nvW nroAW hY, hy srUp-rihq purK!
Thou art ever safe and sound, O Formless One!
